Who we are

Signal SMP ("we", "us") operates the Minecraft server reachable at signalsmp.com and this website, which is a store front for ranks and crate keys on that server. You can reach us at support@signalsmp.com or on our Discord.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any third party tracking scripts. Because nothing requiring consent is stored, you will not see a cookie banner here.

Data stored in your browser

When you enter a Minecraft username, pick Java or Bedrock, or add items to your cart, the website saves those choices in your browser's local storage so they survive a page refresh. This data never leaves your device unless you start a checkout. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data for signalsmp.com in your browser settings.

Data we receive when you use the site

• Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records the IP address, requested page, browser type and time of each request. These logs are used only for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running, and are deleted automatically on a short rotation.
• Server status. The player count shown on the home page is fetched from our own server. No personal data is involved.
• Player heads. When you enter a username the site shows your Minecraft skin's face. That image is generated from the public username you typed.

Checkout and payments

When you proceed to checkout, the website sends your Minecraft username, edition and the items in your cart to PayNow Services, Inc., our payment provider, and redirects you to their secure checkout page. Any name, email address, billing details and payment card information you enter there are collected and processed by PayNow under their own Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.

After a successful payment we receive the order details (the products bought, the Minecraft username they are for, the order ID and the amount) so we can deliver your purchase in game and provide support. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Data collected on the Minecraft server

Playing on Signal SMP is separate from using this website, but for completeness: when you join the server we process your Minecraft account UUID and username, your IP address, your in game chat, commands and actions, your playtime and statistics, and any punishments issued to your account. We use this data to run the server, deliver purchases, enforce our rules, prevent cheating and ban evasion, and provide support. IP addresses used for alt account detection are stored in hashed form. If you link your Discord account we store your Discord user ID. If you opt in to voice chat recording, voice audio is processed as described in the consent prompt shown in game.

Third party services

• PayNow processes payments, as described above.
• YouTube hosts the tracking guide video on the home page. The video only loads after you click play, and it uses YouTube's privacy enhanced (no cookie) embed mode. Once you press play, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
• Discord and Xbox links on the site simply take you to those services. We do not share your data with them through this site.

All fonts, icons and images on this website are hosted by us. No third party content loads automatically when you open a page.

How long we keep data

Web server logs are rotated and deleted automatically within a short period. Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. Minecraft server data such as punishments and statistics is kept for as long as the server operates, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep specific records to enforce a ban or handle a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@signalsmp.com from an address you can verify, or contact a staff member on Discord. We will respond within 30 days. Requests about payment data may need to be directed to PayNow as well.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Payment details are handled entirely by PayNow. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website or server after a change means you accept the updated policy.
